Shipping |
We ship several
times a week
via the USPS. We ship as soon as possible but timing depends on
current order flow. |

Returns
|
We will gladly
take back items for whatever reason, IF they are in the same
condition they were in when we shipped them to you. You will
need to pay return shipping and there will be a 15% restocking
fee to cover our administrative costs for processing the
return. We do not refund original shipping cost. We will
accept returns for 30 days after ship date. With the exception of dichroic and art glass scrap
which are not returnable.
NOTE: WE WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND ON
ITEMS YOU HAVE ALREADY USED. |

Custom Etched Dichroic Glass |
We have the
ability to etch your own patterns or designs on dichroic glass.
Simply provide a jpg file and we'll do the rest. Inquire about
specifications, quantities and cost.
